Zhejiang Jingxin Pharmaceutical (SHE:002020) submitted an updated application for a public offering of H-shares on the Hong Kong bourse on Sept. 18, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The drug company first submitted its application on Feb. 11.
Jingxin plans to use the proceeds from its planned share offering for research and development activities, market expansion, potential acquisitions, and for working capital.
