Zhejiang Chint Electrics (SHA:601877) will submit a bid for a 3.16% stake in Chint Aneng Digital Energy (Zhejiang), according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The reserve price for the auction was set at 1.12 billion yuan.
Once the bid is succesful, Zhejiang Chint Electrics's take in Chint Aneng will rise to 71.24% from 68.08%.
