Zhejiang Century Huatong (SHE:002602) subsidiary Jiaxing Xingsong signed a limited partnership agreement with Beijing Shangshi to invest in Shixiang Shangshi (Tianjin) Venture Capital Fund.
Jiaxing Xingsong will contribute 650 million yuan as a limited partner, according to a Tuesday aftermarket filing.
The fund will focus on cutting-edge technology fields.
