Zhaoke Ophthalmology (HKG:6622) entered into a distribution and supply agreement with Erlangga Edi Laboratories to commercialize CsA Ophthalmic Gel in Indonesia, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Under the agreement, the ophthalmic drug maker granted Erlangga exclusive rights to register, import, promote, distribute, market, and sell the dry eye disease drug in Indonesia.
The firm will receive an upfront payment and additional milestone payments based on specific achievements.
