Zephyr Energy (ZPHR.L) said Thursday it acquired Utah Trust Lands Administration leases, furthering its land acreage in the Paradox Basin in Utah, the US.
The transaction, which has a five-year primary term and a 16.67% lease royalty, will increase the oil and gas company's area of operations to more than 72,000 gross acres at the project.

US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said Wednesday the US did not agree to renew the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA, in its current form."The United States will continue to engage with Mexico and Canada to address the Agreement's shortcoming and our trade deficits with these countries," Greer said.
