Zenith Minerals Says Ida Metal Seeks Review of Takeovers Panel Orders

Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) said Ida Metal Investments has applied to the Takeovers Panel to review orders made in the Zenith Minerals matter, including a request for interim orders similar to those issued on Sept. 6, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday after market hours.

The review application will be heard by the same Review Panel that is considering Forrestania Resources' (ASX:FRS) application to review the initial Panel's decision to declare unacceptable circumstances in relation to Zenith Minerals, per the filing.

The Takeovers Panel has made no comment on the merits of Ida Metal's application, the filing added.
