Suzhou Zelgen Biopharmaceuticals (SHA:688266) obtained a drug registration certificate from China's National Medical Products Administration to allow its gecacitinib hydrochloride tablets to be marketed as a treatment for adult severe alopecia areata, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The drug was also approved to be a treatment for intermediate- and high-risk myelofibrosis.
