Yunnan Yuntianhua (SHA:600096) will increase its budget for transactions with related entities in 2026 to about 1.04 billion yuan from 666 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Raw material purchases from China Light Industry Yilan will rise to 600 million yuan from 400 million yuan, while purchases from Yunnan Shuifu Tiansheng will grow to 60 million yuan from 52 million yuan.
The budget for sales to China Light Industry Yilan will rise to 308 million yuan from 168 million yuan, while sales to Yunnan Ronghe Investment will grow to 14 million yuan from 5 million yuan, and sales to Yunnan Yuntianhua and listed subsidiaries will increase to 6 million yuan from 5 million yuan.
Labor services budget will rise to 16 million yuan from 6 million yuan, while asset lease budget will rise to 31 million yuan from 30 million yuan.
The budget increase aims to help improve the company's industrial chain operation and boost market control, it said in its filing.
Shares rose 3% in recent trade.
