Yunnan Tin (SHE:000960) fully acquired Chifeng Dajingzi Tin Industry for 176.9 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The company acquired Dajingzi Tin from Chifeng Dajingzi Mining.
The Chinese tin producer's shares rose 1% during the afternoon trade.
