Yunnan Lincang Xinyuan Germanium Units Complete Business Scope Changes; Shares Up 4%

Yunnan Lincang Xinyuan Germanium Industry (SHE:002428) said five subsidiaries have completed business scope changes.

Kunming Yunge, Dongchang Metal, Yunnan Xinyao, Zhongke Xinyuan and Hubei Xinyao changed their business scopes due to operational development needs, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse

Meanwhile, grandchild company Dongchang Metal refined and standardized its registered address.

The units obtained new business licenses issued by the local market regulator.

Shares of the germanium miner rose 4% in recent trade.
