Yuneng Gets Warnings Over Disclosure Breaches; Shares Dip 7%

Henan Yuneng (SHE:001896) received a warning from the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Henan Bureau for breaches in disclosure, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.

The regulator's investigation found that the power company failed to publish complete information and risk warnings for an equity investment transaction in February, and failed to establish and implement an insider information registration management system.

The company's shares dropped nearly 7% during the afternoon trade.
