Yuk Wing Completes Anhui Runsheng Electric Power Stake Acquisition

Yuk Wing Group (HKG:1536) completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in Anhui Runsheng Electric Power Technology on Sept. 22, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

Under the acquisition agreement announced June 12, wholly owned subsidiary Top Standard agreed to acquire the stake from Fang Haibo, a controlling shareholder of the target company, for 37.5 million yuan.

Anhui Runsheng Electric Power Technology has become an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Yuk Wing Group, with its financial statements to be consolidated into the group's accounts.
