Yuanta Financial (TPE:0050) subsidiary, Yuan Securities, approved a proposal by Yuanta securities (Korea) to establish a wholly-owned asset management company in Korea, according to a Thursday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The establishment will proceed after obtaining approval from relevant authorities.
