Yida China (HKG:3639) recorded contracted sales of around 59 million yuan in June, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 5,076 square meters.
The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 11,564 yuan per square meter, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
In the first half of 2026, contracted sales and GFA stood at roughly 244 million yuan and 19,301 square meters, with an average selling price of 12,640 yuan per square meter.
