YH Entertainment (HKG:2306) unit Tianjin Yihua Management Consulting agreed to acquire the remaining 46.55% stake in Yuhuatongxing (Beijing) Cultural Development from Shenzhen Yiqi for 4 million yuan.
Following completion, Tianjin Yihua will own 100% interest in the target, a Thursday bourse filing showed.
On the same day, a strategic cooperation agreement between the parties was terminated.
Yuhuatongxing engages mainly in the organization of cultural and artistic communication events.
