Xometry's (XMTR) Q2 results will likely reflect strength in client growth, revenue and gross margins driven by product developments and strategic collaborations, Wedbush said in a note Thursday.

The company's agreement with Siemens, which involves a $50 million minority equity investment, is the most significant near-term catalyst for the company, according to the note.

Xometry is scheduled to report Q2 results on Aug. 4.

Product improvements driven by AI have led to sustained buyer growth and margin expansion. For Q2, the brokerage said it expects a Q2 revenue growth beat of 28.2%.

Xometry's product enhancements are showing up in unit economics, with marketplace margin expanding meaningfully in recent years as enterprise accounts scale rapidly, the analysts wrote.

Wedbush reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and price target of $126 per share.
