XMax Signs AI Service Agreements Worth Up to $25 Million

XMax (XMAX) has signed multiple artificial intelligence model API service agreements with an aggregate contractual value of up to $25 million, the company said Monday.

The agreements cover enterprise AI model API services, cloud infrastructure integration and AI platform services, it said.

Additionally, XMax said it entered the GPU-as-a-Service market through its first commercial GPU service agreement.

Shares of the company were down 1% in early Monday trading.

Eon Resources Provides an Update on 2026 Drilling Program

Eon Resources (EONR) and its wholly owned subsidiary, LH Operating, provided an update on a Sept. 9 transaction, under which one or more subsidiaries of Virtus Energy Partners will drill up to 92 horizontal wells in the San Andres formation across Eon's 13,700 leasehold acres in the Grayburg-Jackson field in Eddy County, New Mexico, according to a statement Friday.Eon said it will release results of the newly drilled horizontal wells in Q1, after all 2026 horizontal wells are drilled.
