Xizang Zhihui Mining (HKG:2546) said the China Securities Regulatory Commission accepted its Hong Kong share full circulation application, according to a May 15 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the mining company were up nearly 5% in Monday's afternoon trade.
The filing covers the conversion of about 365.9 million domestic shares held by three shareholders into Hong Kong-listed shares.
The shares represent 75% of the company's total issued share capital upon completion of the conversion, the filing said.
Details of the conversion and listing plan have not yet been finalized.
