Xizang Zhihui Mining (HKG:2546) said the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice for the company's Hong Kong-listed share full circulation, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The mining company can complete the conversion of 365.9 million domestic shares held by three shareholders into Hong Kong-listed shares within 12 months of the filing notice.
The company will apply to the Hong Kong bourse for approval to list the shares.
