Xinlian Electronics Bags China State Grid's Bid for 55 Million Yuan

Nanjing Xinlian Electronics (SHE:002546) won a bid from the State Grid Corporation of China for four packages worth 54.5 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.

The packages included smart integrated terminals and special transformer collection terminals.

The metering company's shares jumped 4% at the close.

Teco Electric to Buy Malaysia's Dynaciate Engineering for MYR200 Million

Teco Electric and Machinery (TPE:1504) is set to acquire Malaysian engineering firm Dynaciate Engineering for about 200 million ringgit.The deal is expected to close in August, according to a Tuesday press release.Following completion, TECO will obtain a controlling stake in Dynaciate and expects to begin recognizing related revenue and profit contributions in the second half of 2026.The Taiwan-based company said the acquisition supports its strategy to expand as an AI data centre solutions provider, particularly in modular data center engineering and infrastructure services across Southeast Asia.
