Xiamen Tungsten (SHA:600549) said the earnings of its subsidiary, Xiamen Tungsten New Energy, rose in the first half.
Tungsten New Energy's net profit attributable to shareholders rose 47% to 491.2 million yuan from the year-ago attributable profit of almost 335 million yuan.
Earnings per share increased 46% year on year to 0.98 yuan from 0.67 yuan.
Operating revenue jumped 91% to 14.5 billion yuan from 7.58 billion yuan in the previous year.
