Xi S&D Secures KRW282 Billion Construction Contract in South Korea

Xi S&D (KRX:317400) secured a 281.7 billion won construction contract with Jinjeop Urban Development Co. for the Jinjeop District 4 multi-family housing project in South Korea.

The contract covers construction of apartments and neighborhood retail facilities comprising two underground levels and up to 29 floors, according to a Thursday filing with the Korean Exchange.

The construction is scheduled to take 36 months from the actual start date, and the contract represents 20.3% of its 2025 sales, with payments based on construction progress.

SBI Holdings (TYO:8473) plans to purchase a 20% stake in Indonesia-based online brokerage Ajaib Group for $270 million by the end of August, making the latter an equity-method affiliate, Nikkei Asia reported Friday.Ajaib offers online brokerage, foreign-exchange margin trading, cryptocurrency and asset management services.
