Xi S&D Secures KRW175.7 Billion Mixed-Use Complex Construction Contract

Xi S&D (KRX:317400) secured a 175.7 billion won construction contract for the new construction of a mixed-use complex in Cheonho-dong.

The contract covers construction of a residential and officetel complex comprising three buildings spanning seven basement levels and 39 above-ground levels. The project is located in ​​454-1 and 455-4 Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The contract value equates to 12.66% of the company's 2025 sales.

Shares of Xi S&D rose more than 2% in recent trade.
