Wuxi Taiji Industry's (SHA:600667) recent stock rally coincided with an executive's stock reduction or litigation matters, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The semiconductor company's closing price deviated by more than 20% across three straight trading sessions from July 15 to 17.
Director and General Manager Wang Yibo sought to reduce his shareholding by up to 50,300 shares.
The company also logged a cumulative amount of more than 920.1 million yuan related to undisclosed litigation and arbitration matters within the past 12 months, equivalent to about 11% of its net assets.
Taiji did not log any single case amounting to more than 10% of the absolute value of its assets.
Shares closed 10% lower on Monday.
