Worley Selected to Provide Independent Support for Canada Nuclear Power Project Early-Phase Technology Evaluation

Worley (ASX:WOR) said Wednesday it was selected by Bruce Power to provide independent support for early-phase technology evaluation as part of its Bruce C nuclear power project in Canada.

Bruce C aims to add up to 4,800 megawatts of clean nuclear capacity at the Bruce Power site.

The company said in a statement that it will lead the development of technology requirements, which will inform future evaluation and procurement phases.

Worley's shares were up nearly 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
