Worley (ASX:WOR) secured a contract from Pembina Infrastructure and Logistics to provide engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction (EPFC) services for the Heartland Extraction Plant in Strathcona County, Alberta, Canada, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The facility is designed to process up to 21.2 million standard cubic meters of natural gas per day, extracting natural gas liquids from the Yellowhead Pipeline, with operations scheduled to begin in late 2029, per the filing.
The project will be executed by an integrated EPFC team from the company's Alberta offices, the filing added.
The company's shares fell almost 1% in recent Thursday trade.
