Workhorse (WKHS) said Tuesday that it intends to enter the artificial intelligence data center market with a new turnkey, compute-ready, containerized mobile AI data center product.
The company said it is targeting 2027 for the start of initial production and commercial deliveries.
The containerized design is expected to feature liquid-to-liquid cooling, isolated server racks and a separate climate-controlled operator zone with two work stations, the company said.
Financial details of the new product were not disclosed.
Workhorse shares were 0.7% higher in Tuesday trading.
