Wolverine Worldwide Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Fiscal 2026 Guidance Updated

Wolverine Worldwide (WWW) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.25 per diluted share, up from $0.19 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.22.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 4 was $457.6 million, up from $412.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $448.4 million.

The company raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings outlook to between $1.43 to $1.58 per share from its previous guidance of $1.35 to $1.50 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.46 per share.

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook of about $1.96 billion to $1.99 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.98 billion.

Shares of the company were up 3% in Thursday premarket activity.
