Wiwynn (TPE:6669) formed a strategic collaboration with Shinwa Controls to develop liquid cooling infrastructure for AI and high-performance computing data centers, according to a Wednesday press release.
The companies said the effort follows three years of joint engineering and validation work, integrating Wiwynn's server platforms with Shinwa's thermal control and direct liquid cooling technologies.
The systems are designed to address rising thermal demands from AI workloads as operators move beyond conventional air-cooling methods in high-density compute environments.
Wiwynn said the solution targets improved energy efficiency and reduced operating costs for hyperscale cloud customers, with the systems now positioned for production deployment.
