WiseTech Global Denies Awareness of Any Investigation Into Chair Richard White

WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) denied awareness of any investigation linked to Executive Chair Richard White following media reports concerning a visa application, saying the matter relates to him personally and not the company, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

White assured the board that he is unaware of any such investigation and firmly and unequivocally denies any involvement in human trafficking, per the filing.

WiseTech emphasized that there is no indication the company is under investigation and stated it will continue complying with its continuous disclosure obligations.

South Korean software company Innoax (KOSDAQ:296640) secured a contract from Samsung SDS (KRX:018260) to enhance the Samsung Life Insurance front-core system, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.The contract, valued at 3.48 billion won, is valid till Dec. 21, 2027.Shares of Innoax fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
