Wise Birds Inc (KOSDAQ:273060) plans to retire 1.3 million treasury shares, valued at 1.49 billion won.
The shares will be retired July 2 at a par value of 100 won apiece, according to a Thursday filing from the digital marketing company on the Korea Exchange.
