Wisdom Marine Lines (TPE:2637) has agreed to sell a bulk carrier called MV Amis Wisdom VI on behalf of subsidiary Saysiat Wisdom for around $22 million to Phuong Dong Viet Shipping and Logistics Corporation, according to a Friday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.
The company's shares were down nearly 2% in Monday's trade.
The anticipated profit from the sale of the 61,456 DWT bulk carrier is estimated to be around $10.1 million.
