Xinhua Winshare Publishing and Media (HKG:0811, SHA:601811) signed a 1.31 billion yuan contract with a public institution under the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education for the distribution of books, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
Under the deal, the Sichuan Student Financial Assistance Management Center will purchase textbooks from the Chinese publishing company for Sichuan Province's 2026-2027 school curriculum.
