Winner Group Enterprise (SET:WINNER) said Kanokpan Kreangkraikrissada is stepping down as chief executive officer effective Oct. 1, but will continue to serve as a director.
The food products distributor appointed Kanollas Wongisariyakul as Kreangkraikrissada's successor, according to a Thursday filing with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Wongisariyakul will cease to be the company's managing director and chief financial officer once she assumes the CEO position, the filing stated.
