Wingtech (SHA:600745) flagged abnormal stock fluctuations over six consecutive trading days, but its operations are still normal, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The Chinese chipmaker's closing price between May 25 and June 1 was over 12%, indicating stock fluctuations.
The fluctuations occurred after Wingtech sued Nexperia last month in a bid to regain full control of the Dutch subsidiary.
The company's shares jumped 5% during the midday trade.
