Winbond Electronics' (TPE:2344) Malaysian unit Winbond Electronics Malaysia will acquire the right-of-use assets of a factory in Perak, Malaysia for 12.7 million ringgit.
The assets will be acquired from related party Kamaya Electri, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The 10,035-square-meter property will be used to meet the subsidiary's operational needs, the company said.
