WIN Metals Lodges Permit Applications for Restart of Western Australia Gold Project; Shares Rise 12%

WIN Metals (ASX:WIN) said it filed key permit applications with Western Australian government authorities for the restart of its domestic Radio Gold Project, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company lodged a mine development and closure plan with the Department of Mines, Petroleum, and Exploration on Sept. 11, and a works approval application with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation on Sept. 18, per the filing.

The company said it now has a clear pathway toward funding, a final investment decision, and project extension through drilling and regional resource additions.

The mining company's shares surged 12% in recent Friday trade.

Liquidators Issue Final Notice to Creditors for ST Group Units' Dissolution

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
