Willdan Group (WLDN) has acquired substantially all of the assets of engineering consulting firm KCS, according to a Monday statement.
No financial terms were disclosed.
Willdan said the acquisition of KCS expands expands its in-house engineering and project management capabilities that support its project pipeline for data centers, battery storage and grid upgrades.
