Whitehaven Coal (ASX:WHC) reported managed run-of-mine coal production of 10.7 million tonnes in the fiscal fourth quarter ended June, up 13% on last year's 10.6 million tonnes, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Managed run-of-mine production in fiscal 2026 was 40.3 million tonnes, up 3% on last year's 39.1 million tonnes, the filing said.
Fiscal year unit cost of coal is expected to be AU$132 per tonne, at the low end of the guidance range of AU$130 to AU$145 per tonne.
Capital expenditure is expected to be AU$350 million, still within the outlook of between AU$340 million and AU$440 million, per the filing.
