WHA Premium Approves Land Lease, AI Drone Service Deals with WHA

WHA Premium Growth Freehold and Leasehold REIT (BKK:WHART) approved two deals with WHA (BKK:WHA), involving a land lease, and AI-powered drone inspection services, according to a Thursday Thailand Exchange filing.

The first transaction involves leasing about 1,949 square meters of land at WHA Mega Logistics Center Chonlaharnpichit Km. 3 Project 2 to WHA. The lease has an initial term of three years, with options to renew for up to 30 years.

The second transaction covers the use of AI-powered drone services from WHA, to inspect the roofs of WHART's properties. The inspections, to be carried out annually over five years, are expected to cost about 4.79 million baht and are intended to improve preventive maintenance and support future roof repair planning.

AMP's Balance of Business Looks to be Performing Better than Consensus Expectations, Jefferies Says

AMP's (ASX:AMP) balance of the business looks to be performing better than consensus expectations, Jefferies said in a Thursday note.AMP reported that first half underlying net profit after tax is likely to fall between AU$170 million and AU$180 million, with a consensus forecast of AU$142 million, due to factors which include a stronger contribution from the China partnerships as well as improved investment income.It will recognize AU$18 million of pre-tax carried interest in the period within Other Partnerships, relating to DigitalBridge's sale of a 51% stake in the remaining assets of a legacy AMP Capital infrastructure fund.
