WHA (SET:WHA) has established a step-down subsidiary in Vietnam named WHA Vietnam Logistics Development to operate its logistics business in the country, according to a Wednesday filing to the Thai stock exchange.
WHA Venture, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, owns a 100% stake in the new entity, which has a registered capital of 5.23 billion dong.
