Westpac Banking (ASX:WBC, NZE:WBC) received notice that State Street and its subsidiaries decreased their holdings in the company to 7.76% from 9.42%, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
State Street and its subsidiaries now own 265.6 million shares in the company, the filing said.
