West River Unit Wins Feed-In Approval for Two Hydropower Projects

Neutron Power, a wholly owned subsidiary of electrical engineering company West River (KLSE:WESTRVR), has received feed‑in approval from Malaysia's Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) under the 2026 Feed‑in Tariff (FiT) system, according to a Thursday filing to the Malaysian bourse.

The approval covers two small hydropower projects in Hutan Rizab Bukit Kinta and Hutan Rizab Bukit Tapah in Perak, specifying installed capacity, net export capacity, and applicable FiT rate.

The scheduled FiT commencement date is Aug. 17, 2031.
