Weichai Power's (HKG:2338) holding company, Weichai Holdings, has proposed buying between 200 million and 400 million yuan of the company's A-shares via Shenzhen Stock Exchange centralized bidding.
The implementation will occur over six months starting from the announcement date, using a mix of self-owned funds and a 360 million yuan bank loan.
Weichai Holdings also commits not to reduce its stake during the purchase period and statutory restriction period, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
