Wave Life Sciences (WVE) has completed the redomiciliation process to become a Delaware corporation, from being a Singapore company, according to a Monday statement.
Under the process, shares of Wave Life Sciences Ltd. were exchanged for newly issued shares of the Delaware corporation on a one-for-one basis, the company said.
