Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel (SHE:002085) completed the transfer of its subsidiary, Shanghai Dacromet Coating Industry, to its new owner, Dacoma Materials Technology, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The transaction amounted to 500 million yuan, but the auto parts manufacturer had already received the first payment installment of 420 million yuan.
Wanfeng's shares jumped 10% during the midday trade.
