WAM Alternative Assets (ASX:WMA) reported net tangible assets of AU$1.1901 per share before tax for June, up from AU$1.1596 in May, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company also reported a net current and deferred tax liability position of AU$0.0308 per share, per the filing.
WAM Alternative Assets said its June investment portfolio gains were driven mainly by the portfolio's private-equity component amid a focus on reducing exposure to legacy assets.
The company's shares gained 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
