VPower Group International's (HKG:1608) Group CEO Lam Yee Chun stepped down effective Tuesday due to changes in his work arrangement, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the distributed power provider were down over 7% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
The company named Wang Jiachang as its new CEO effective the same day.
Wang was appointed general manager of China National Technical Import & Export Corporation, the company's controlling shareholder, in April.
