Voyah Automotive Technology's (HKG:7489) filing application for its Hong Kong-listed share full circulation was accepted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the automaker were down nearly 1% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
The firm has applied for the conversion of nearly 1.51 billion domestic shares held by the certain shareholders into Hong Kong-listed shares.
Following completion, the converted shares will be eligible for listing and trading on the Hong Kong bourse.
