Vodafone (VOD) said Thursday it has taken full ownership of VodafoneThree after acquiring CK Hutchison Group Telecom's 49% stake in the firm for 4.3 billion British pounds ($5.8 billion).
Vodafone said the deal was funded from its cash resources.
